परिहार  (सीतामढ़ी ):-दैनिक चिंगारी परिहार में प्रकाशित ख़बर का असर परिहार उत्तरी पंचायत के ग्राम एकडंडी में जला ट्रांसफार्मर आज 31/08/2022 को बदल दिया गया है।दैनिक चिंगारी परिहार में 30/08/202022 को दैनिक चिंगारी परिहार ने  " ग्राम एकडण्डी के जले ट्रांसफार्मर को अविलम्ब बदला जाए :- मो0 सऊद आलम "  शीर्षक से प्रमुखता से समाचार प्रकाशित किया था विद्युत विभाग ने इसे गंभीरता से लिया और त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए जले हुए ट्रांसफार्मर को बदल दिया गया है।            
मालूम हो कि 25 परिहार के पंचायत समिति सदस्य -सह- एक्शन फाॅर जीरो टाॅलरेंस परिहार के संयोजक मो○ सउद आलम, महा सचिव मो○कमरे आलम, हम पार्टी के प्रखंड अल्पसंख्यक अध्य्क्ष मो0 मुन्ने सिद्दीकी एवं 25 परिहार के ज़िला पार्षद मो0 आलमगीर  ने माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री नीतीश कुमार, प्रधान सचिव, निदेशक सह प्रबंध निदेशक अध्यक्ष विद्युत विभाग बिहार पटना को ईमेल शिकायत कर अविलम्ब ग्राम एकडंडी में जले ट्रांसफार्मर को बदलवाने की मांग की थी अन्यथा अंशन की चेतावनी दे रखी थी।
त्वरित कार्यवाही कर जले ट्रांसफार्मर को बदलवाने को लेकर उक्त सभी व्यक्तियों ने माननीय मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया है।
ग्राम एकडण्डी के विधुत उपभोक्ताओं ने इस संवाददाता को बताया कि यह तो तत्काल समस्या का समाधान है ग्राम एकडण्डी में चार वार्डों में मात्र एक ट्रांसफार्मर होने के कारण लोड अधिक पड़ता है इस लिए जब तक दो और अतिरिक्त ट्रांसफार्मर नहीं लगाया जाता है यहाँ के उपभोक्ताओं को ट्रांसफार्मर जलने की समस्याओं से जूझना पड़ता रहेगा।उपभोक्ताओं ने विधुत विभाग से माँग किया है कि अज्ञानी विधुत लाईन मैन लाल बाबू को परिहार क्षेत्र से अन्यत्र स्थानांतरित किया जाए और सुयोग्य लाईन मैन को यहाँ पदस्थापित करने के साथ -साथ ग्राम एकडण्डी में दो और अतिरिक्त ट्रांसफार्मर लगाया जाए।

परिहार  (सीतामढ़ी ):-परिहार उत्तरी पंचायत के ग्राम एकडंडी में लगा ट्रांसफार्मर 29/08/2022 को लग - भग 1:00 बजे के क़रीब जल जाने से पूरा गाँव कई रात होते ही अंधकार में डूब जाता है सिरसिया पाॅवर ग्रीड से लेकर कनिय अभियंता तक शिकायत दर्ज करा दी गई है मगर अभी तक ट्रांसफार्मर नही बदला गया है गर्मी के दिनों में  विद्युत नहीं होने से उपभोक्ताओं में काफी बेचैनी है। 25 परिहार उत्तरी के पंचायत समिति सदस्य- सह- एक्शन फाॅर जीरो टाॅलरेंस परिहार के संयोजक मो○सउद आलम, महा सचिव  मो○कमरे आलम ,हम पार्टी के प्रखण्ड अल्पसंख्यक अध्य्क्ष मुन्ने सिद्दीकी, 25 परिहार ज़िला पार्षद मो0 आलमगीर ने प्रेस ब्यान जारी कर अविलम्ब ट्रांसफार्मर बदलने की मांग कार्यपालक अभियंता विद्युत सीतामढ़ी और प्रबंध निदेशक पटना से किया है अन्यथा आंदोलन करने की बात कही है।
उन्होंने कहा है कि ग्राम एकडण्डी में चार वार्डों में सिर्फ एक ट्रांसफार्मर होने की वजह से लोड अधिक पड़ता है और गर्मी के मौसम में अक्सर ट्रांसफार्मर जल जाता है उन्होंने कहा कि यहाँ दो और अतिरिक्त ट्रांसफार्मर लगाने की ज़रूरत है।

उपभोक्ताओं ने बाताया की परिहार क्षेत्र का लाईन मैन लालबाबू नामक व्यक्ति है जिसको विधुत के बारे में कोई ज्ञान नहीं है लो वोल्टेज की शिकायत या फ्यूज उड़ जाने की शिकायत पर इनके द्वारा खुद से ठीक नहीं किया जाता है बल्कि दूसर अनट्रेंड मिस्त्री से ठीक करवाया जाता है और इसी दौरान ग़लत तरीक़े से फ्यूज जोड़ने के कारण ट्रांसफार्मर जल जाया करता है ।

उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा भी शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई है जिसका शिकायत संख्या निम्न है :-

नव प्रशिक्षित शिक्षकों का प्रशिक्षित अंतर वेतन का बकाया भुगतान कराने को लेकर श्री नागेंद्र कुमार पासवान, संरक्षक।एससी/एसटी शिक्षक संघ सीतामढ़ी ने ज़िला पदाधिकारी सीतामढ़ी को ईमेल सन्देश भेजा है उन्होंने अपने ईमेल सन्देश में लिखा है कि जिन शिक्षाको ने 31मार्च 2019 के पूर्व प्रशिक्षण परीक्षा पास कर लिया है, विभागीय नियमानुसार परीक्षाफल प्रकाशन की तिथि से उन्हें प्रशिक्षित वेतन दिया जाना है।नव प्रशिक्षित सभी शिक्षकों का प्रशिक्षित वेतनमान मैं वेतन निर्धारण हो गया है। जिला में पुराने भुगतन हेतु राशि भी उपलब्ध करा दिया गया है लेकिन कतिपय विभाग के अधिकारियों की लापरवाही की वजह से प्रशिक्षित शिक्षकों का अंतर पे- बाकाया का भुगतान अभी तक नहीं हो सका है, जिस कारण से शिक्षाकों को अर्थिक क्षति के साथ अन्य कई तरह की समस्याएं हो रही है।उन्होंने ज़िला पदाधिकारी सीतामढ़ी से अपील कर व्यक्तिगत रुचि लेकर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर 1-4-2019 से अद्यतन अवधि तक के अंतर पे- का बकाया भुगतन कराने की माँग किया है।

कार्यालय परिहार ज़िला सीतामढ़ी बिहार अंतर्गत EWS सर्टिफिकेट स्वंय घोषणा पत्र के आधार पर नहीं बनाया जाता है EWS सर्टिफिकेट बनवाने के लिए कार्यपालक दण्डाधिकारी से निर्गत शपथ पत्र की मांग की जाती है और इसी के आधार पर प्रमाण पत्र बनाया जाता है अन्यथा नहीं।जबकि सरकार ने स्वंय घोषणा पत्र के आधार पर EWS सर्टिफिकेट बनाने का प्रावधान कर रखा है।

What is

According to Burcaw, the role of the teacher is to teach children about the important role of mentors. These have been in the history of American society for quite a long time. The role of mentorship depends to a certain extent on individual relationship between two teachers.

Teachers provide students with a certain level of responsibilities. The students are required to reach certain individual goals. There are responsibilities for getting a good grade as well. There are responsibilities for keeping clean halls. Any behavior by the students is an action that can influence his/her grade. Teaching staff might also encourage students and make them engaged in studying activities. Teachers can set a positive pattern of behavior if they communicate with the students regularly.

Teachers can handle every situation as in this phase a child needs counseling and explanation of the way the special procedures help him/her improve academically. Mentors can help a child to handle difficult situations that an instructor may face at a certain degree.

However, the teachers have control over the students’ grades. This is why, all the students may fail an exam. After the final exams a teacher wants to publish students. From a higher-level a teacher may see the great contribution made by the students towards their grade. In this matter it is normal to make their grades increase to somewhere around or over 70%. The whole learning process is closely connected with the good grades.

Teachers are aware that they are the role models of a student. Therefore, they try to do their best in order to achieve success for their students. Students are also extremely happy when they know that their instructor has his/her interests. Teachers share their qualities of personality with students. They are best teachers who increase the knowledge of students, increase interest of students, always take students to study somewhere else, maintain the timetable in a good way.

What are the effects of poor teacher-student relationship on the students

The teachers and students should have a good relationship in order to solve all the problems that a student faces at a particular time. The teachers have an important role to make students learn.

On the one hand, a poor teacher-student relationship can be a determining factor of a student’s performance in exams. On the other hand, a student’s self-image depends on his/her performance. Students who are teachers for a period of time in school will not be happy with low grades from their peers. On the other hand students who are teachers for a period of time in college will feel satisfied with their final grades.

What is the role of teachers with special needs

Special education requires that all kinds of students are taught differently. A special education teacher can be in two fields: academics and recreation. An administrator is a person with extra responsibilities in a higher level. The role of special education teacher is very important. Students under special education might fail exams if the teachers do not increase their motivation to study.

Everyone should get to study something. Special education teachers can turn positive events into a whole new day.

My role as a teacher

My role as a teacher is to ensure that my students and their learning happens properly. “A teaching assistant who provides the instructional materials and instructional or coaching methods that the teacher of special education wishes to promote academic achievements and self-improvement.” (SME, n. d. Special education needs a special education teacher who is focused on the needs of special education students and who is used to provide excellence for the students with special needs. When I hear that students under special education require assistance with their learning, I like to think about their interest that can be offered to them.

Professional relationships

Working with special education requires a significant amount of professional relationships. At a higher level of education, the education college can teach the students with disabilities. Under the oncoming semester my students’ exams will be published and I will tell them what kind of marks are expected. I expect them to make an effort and improve their level of performance.

Parents may be concerned about the performance of their children in college and decide to ask what I can do for them. I will give them great details.

There are a number of professional relationships between special education teachers and their students, and these are expected to develop and evolve with time. The personal role of special education teachers is considered to be a very important and growing area of our society.

In order to assess the state of corruption in Bihar the first question that pops up is: Who has been most corrupt in Bihar’s different spheres of life? In our previous article, we compiled a data set for some state governments of India but even after drawing 500,000,000 data points the state of corruption is still quite low. Let us now examine how corruption was done in Bihar in order to understand what is required to eradicate corruption in Bihar.

1.Police)

In Bihar police is regarded to be the largest proportion of the state’s vulnerable class. Recent survey show 43% Indian police officers earn nearly 40% of the total gross income of the state. People then enter the office with hopes of being let in the "enter the I.G. circle".

2.Government (n=32% of Bihar)

Government seems to be greedy in overall purpose. In the 2012 Bihar Chief Minister made Bihar don’t ask for anything, except for money. For allocating government resources at the highest rank, many officials on the basis of availability of money are asked by those in higher ranks.

3.Business and other business

The recent fire in the minority community office is simply an illustration of how the officials there thought that they were in certain authority which they did not have.

4.Parliament (n=21% of Bihar)

This percentage shows that if they were serious of this official’s job, there was a way to get out of it more effectively.

5.Healthcare (n=17% of Bihar)

These figures have created a whole new challenge. The Bihar government has shown a massive discrepancy in financial and nursing services in Bihar, as well as healthcare sector reforms.

As per NHISA, Bihar’s government has given its students a lot of interest. 6% of the total expenditure is being spent on education. However, it is evident in Bihar that only 12% students have access to internet and IT centers.

7.Infrastructure (n=10% of Bihar)

Every year, Bihar builds projects but very few don’t get completed on time because of supply chain weaknesses.

8.Police and government health services

Despite the position of Bihar as the second largest producer of steel in India, the state doesn’t produce or supply computers. As per Bihar’s Ministry of Home Affairs, out of 200 computers produced in Bihar of such age 1% are distributed to government officials.

In Bihar office decorations are (fastly) shifting. Even though state has about 100000s of schools that lacks standard furniture and architecture is thoroughly beautiful and decent, almost all building of the buildings get demolished. People have been making claims to their dependents that the government should implement the devolution formula.

As we have said before, much of the world is hungry for personal income from the government. Everywhere, the government seems to be indifferent to the public’s basic safety and secureness. Bihar has been built from the very beginning as a democratic society but almost everything indicates this is not the case.

Many provisions in Bihar are still utilizing immense funds for vanity projects and projects which at the expense of the increased number of bureaucrats. People are going through extreme hardships in attaining financial benefits as well as to promote their businesses. Growth and development are as a result of political sponsorship and corrupt governance.

Many of the times, simple school development projects have experienced to be done in spite of the ridiculous amount of bureaucracy we get.

Mahatma Gandhi and Freedom Struggle

Mahatma Gandhi was born in 1869 in Mughal Delhi. He came from a Dalit or Indian tribe on February 6, 1869. Mahatma Gandhi is usually called as the world’s most acclaimed leader in the world for his advocacy for the rights of India’s Dalits. He was born to Queen Victoria and her soldier husband.

Mahatma Gandhi was a reformer, a peacemaker, and a humanist. He is extremely concerned with the humanity of all human beings. Mahatma Gandhi fought for the interest of the underprivileged, underrepresented, and neglected people of the world.

Mahatma Gandhi was greatly influenced by F. M. Ghandi, and he used Gandhi vs. A Cutheleth as a personal model. In the abolishment of Gandhi statue tradition, he rarely used any political statements in his writings but he often wrote a poem. On March 9, 1923, he wrote to the authorities in Bombay, India where he had adopted an official residence, “When the legend has all but faded from his memory, so the memory of the father continues his reign.”

Mahatma Gandhi’s personal beliefs are the reason why he campaigned hard to make India’s national anthem, “Rasaava Samabhava”, and other important songs in the Indian national anthem. He also advocated for the Indian national anthem so that the “triumph” or independence of India could be attained. Mahatma Gandhi went on to write to the governor general of India on December 19, 1941. He urged his fellow Indians to “waither from overgrown extortionist ideas.” Mahatma Gandhi’s strongly argued for the true belief that political, economical, and cultural equality should prevail in the country of India.

Mahatma Gandhi carried two large books with him; “Maharaja Bipyas” and “The Purpose of Indian Writings.” He convinced his fellow Indians that the goal of India’s independence had to be achieved only by a people who were free from political, economic, and social inequalities. He believed that a nation could only reach the respect of every citizen by using democracy, freedom, and the rule of law.

Mahatma Gandhi used his writing to continuously educate his fellow Indian citizens. He used the language of Ambas instead of Hindustani writing which was the traditional writing style in colonial India. Because Indian writings were already known by the colonial administration, he did not want his English-written speeches to be misunderstood. He simply emphasized the truth with his Indian writing. Mahatma Gandhi is one of the greatest spiritual leaders in India that championed the non-violence Movement. He went on to create the two Constitution and the four amendments that led to India’s independence.

Mahatma Gandhi did not agree with Japan’s annexation of Indochina, but he supported military actions to get rid of the Chinese on the mainland of India. Mahatma Gandhi did not approve of the British Empire domination over India for several decades. For many decades, Mahatma Gandhi was open to the idea of the partition of India. He advised citizens to make their own strategies of approaching the British authorities who were harboring the mistreatment of these citizens. He advised citizens to engage in active resistance. Gandhi was able to champion and translate his leader’s spiritual values into action by pressing the government to give way to peaceful resistance.

During his reign, Mahatma Gandhi educated and funded even more than 1 million students across the world. He ran for president of India twice, both times against Jawaharlal Nehru, the first president of the independent India. Mahatma Gandhi was the inspiration behind India’s Independence Movement. Mahatma Gandhi believed in the value of compassionate love that is honorable and selfless. Mahatma Gandhi was known for holding peaceful, unwavering protests against the British imperialism and the corrupt Indian government. India was able to gain independence on August 15, 1947. Mahatma Gandhi was set to be the first leader of India. He thought that India should be a free state and his politics were known as the path to Indian independence. He believed that Indians and Indians only deserved what it took to be India. Mahatma Gandhi believed that “World is a wonderful place,” and now, we are living in a peaceful, open, and democratic society.
